Foothills Commercial Builders Announces New Director of Operations

Foothills Commercial Builders, Inc. (FCBI), a multi-million dollar full-service construction company, is pleased to announce that Chad Granda has joined FCBI as Director of Operations. In this position, Mr. Granda will manage project execution, completion and closeout. Mr. Granda brings more than 20 years of experience in a multi-project environment and a proven track record of success to FCBI. His experience includes ground-up construction as well as tenant improvement for a wide variety of clients in several key markets. One of Chad’s goals is to ensure construction best practices are adhered to so that projects minimize company risk while focusing on project stakeholder satisfaction. Chad will also provide the FCBI team with technical direction to ensure that our construction is compliant, on schedule and within budget.
