Centennial, Colo., – January 31, 2018 — Another repeat client, Loomis US, hired Foothills for renovations of office and warehouse space for the Loomis Colorado Springs location. FCBI is accustomed to working on occupied campuses and utilized best practices for the safety of visitors and employees at Loomis during construction. Working alongside Intergroup Architects, the project included demolition of interior spaces and constructing CMU (concrete masonry unit) and drywall partitions, new cabinetry, flooring, HVAC, plumbing and electrical within their highly secured areas.
