Foothills Commercial Builders Completes Stella’s On 16th in the Triangle Building
Foothills Commercial Builders, Inc is pleased to announce construction is complete on Stella’s On 16th, a restaurant, cafe and market on the ground floor of the Triangle Building at 1550 Wewatta Street in Denver, CO. Stella’s occupies 6,760 square feet with 150 seats for in-house dining.
The space is segmented to serve many purposes and construction included a complete build-out of the kitchen, bakery, market and coffee shop. The space’s pizzazz includes high-end finishes, Spanish chandelier light fixtures and Italian millwork.
Located in the congested Union Station area, FCBI used mobile trash enclosure for debris and material removal, while numerous precautions were taken to minimize construction impact to the surrounding area.
“Building in a congested metropolitan area is something we are used to, which puts our clients at ease,” said Rocky Hollingsworth, President and CEO of Foothills Commercial Builders. “It was a welcomed challenge to construct multiple restaurant concepts in a single busy location.”
