Foothills Commercial Builders Continues Its Busy and Industrious Year
Centennial Colorado – October 20, 2017 - Foothills Commercial Builders, Inc. (FCBI), a multi-million dollar full-service construction company is working on three newly awarded projects collectively valued over $2 million for new and repeat clients.
Enterprise Holdings
FCBI has enjoyed a long-term relationship with Enterprise Holdings and is now working on a Fort Collins location for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Partnering with Powers Brown Architecture, the construction includes a new pre-engineered metal building for warehouse and two wash bays, and renovation of an existing building for offices. Site development involves storm sewer and detention pond, modifying sidewalks, curb and gutter and paving for rental fleet parking. The project will be phased in coordination with CDOT (Colorado Department of Transportation) and construction of a new road.
SSP Innovations
FCBI is renovating 10,000 square feet for SSP Innovations which is moving its corporate offices. With a team dedicated to meeting a condensed schedule, the project includes demolition of existing walls and construction of offices, common areas, break rooms and infrastructure upgrades. SSP is an IT services and software development company focused on delivering GIS and workforce management solutions to electric, gas, and water utilities as well as oil & gas pipeline operators and telecommunication providers.
Loomis
Another repeat client for FCBI, Loomis awarded FCBI the renovation of office and warehouse spaces in Colorado Springs. Working alongside Intergroup Architects, the project includes demolition of interior space and constructing CMU (concrete masonry unit) and drywall partitions, new cabinetry, flooring, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. FCBI has also been awarded a similar renovation project for a Loomis facility in Aurora which is planned to start in the 4th quarter. Loomis offers safe and effective comprehensive solutions for the distribution, handling, storage and recycling of cash and other valuables.
