Foothills Commercial Builders Completes A Second Jelly Café Near the University of Denver
Denver, CO (OPENPRESS) July 17, 2012 – Foothills Commercial Builders has begun construction on the second Jelly Café near the University of Denver. Located in the old Tokyo Joe’s at 1700 E Evans Ave, the new Jelly will be 2,250 sq ft, or twice the size of the original which opened in early 2011 to rave reviews, and the opened arms of Capitol Hill’s young urbanites. The additional space allows for 102 seats in the dining area, 14 – 20 on the outside patio, and there will be 10 additional seats at the bar. Much of the original Jelly will be reproduced at the DU location. The menu will stay the same, along with the interior color scheme and hipster décor. Jelly at DU will also have a liquor license.
