Retail Build-Out | Completed in 9 Weeks
Our team delivered a complete retail build-out for LensCrafters in Salt Lake City — a high-end showroom paired with a fully functional clinical suite, completed start to finish in just 9 weeks.
The Build
The showroom features designer lighting, custom millwork, and polished fixtures true to LensCrafters’ national brand standard. Back of house, doctors’ offices and exam rooms were built to healthcare-grade specs, including sound isolation and specialized electrical for optical equipment.
The Result
Executing retail polish alongside clinical precision on an accelerated timeline took tight scheduling and seamless trade coordination — delivering a turnkey space on time, without cutting corners.

Applebee’s — Cheyenne, WY
Full Build-Out / Remodel
Our team completed a full build-out and remodel for Applebee’s in Cheyenne — a complete renovation spanning front-of-house, back-of-house, and the exterior.
The Build
The front of house was fully gutted and rebuilt with all-new seating areas and a rebuilt bar. Back of house, the kitchen received a new walk-in cooler and updated drainage infrastructure to support daily high-volume operations. Outside, the building was reclad with new Nichiha panels and updated exterior finishes for a refreshed curb presence.
The Result
Executing a full-scale renovation across guest-facing, operational, and exterior spaces took disciplined sequencing and trade coordination — delivering a durable, functional space ready for service.

Burger King — Arvada, CO
Ground-Up Construction | New Building
Our team delivered a full ground-up build for Burger King in Arvada — a new restaurant built from the site up, including civil work, parking lot construction, and a fully custom building finish package.
The Build
Site work began with full civil scope, grading the lot and building out new parking to support the finished restaurant. The building itself was constructed ground-up with custom exterior and interior finishes, delivering a standout look built to the brand’s specifications.
The Result
This location holds the distinction of being the first Whopper Bar/Whopper Stack concept built in the U.S. — a milestone project requiring close coordination with the brand to execute a new prototype design from the ground up.
